ONEDOG Wellness · Holistic Canine Aesthetics

Setting the Standard You Should Expect for Your Pet's Care.

Not simply another mobile grooming service. ONEDOG Wellness is an individual practice of canine aesthetics—where skin and coat knowledge, thoughtful technique, and attention to the dog's own experience meet.

An intimate portrait of a calm long-coated dog, their expressive eyes framed by soft emerald botanical tones
The dog is never an afterthought.
The dog is the beginning.

The first principle

Begin with the dog.
Stay curious.

Every coat carries a history: its texture, its care, the season it is in, the hands that have touched it, and the life that moves beneath it. Grooming asks us to pay attention to more than the finished outline.

I bring a practiced eye and years of hands-on experience to the appointment, then shape the work around the individual dog—their coat, comfort, communication, and the knowledge their family brings.

Explore the ONEDOG philosophy

A living relationship

A dog is not a style.
A dog is someone.

My philosophy is informed by animism: a sense of the living world as a community of beings, each with their own presence and way of experiencing life. At the grooming table, that means meeting the dog as a sentient individual—not an object to be shaped.

It also means listening: to body language, to the family who knows this dog, and to the limits that make humane care possible. Clients of every belief are welcome here.

Meet the founder · Amanda Grace

A life in the work.
A person behind the practice.

My grooming career grew from professional study, the experience of building salons, thousands of dogs, and a life shaped by a deep connection with animals. The journey has asked me to begin again; it has also clarified what I want my work to stand for.

Today I bring more than a decade of experience to individualized canine care, with room for questions, honest boundaries, and the particular story of every dog and family.

The experience is individual

Botanical cleansing, coat preparation, thoughtful styling, and finishing care are selected for the dog in front of me—not applied as a fixed ritual.

The Botanical Apothecary.

I am developing a considered collection of specialized skin and coat preparations for future canine care. This work begins with curiosity about ingredients, formulation, and the distinct needs of a dog's skin and coat.

These preparations are in development—not available for purchase. Any future use will be guided by suitability, careful evaluation, and the understanding that cosmetic care is not veterinary treatment.

How I think about products and methods

An art informed by technique

Methods with meaning.

Hand-stripping, coat carding, precision scissoring, specialized preparation, warm towels, and humane handling each have a purpose. The right method is the one suited to this dog, this coat, and this moment.

A future gathering place · 30A

Care can make community.

ONEDOG Wellness is imagining ways to bring dog people together beyond the appointment: dog-centered gatherings, birthdays, photography, and thoughtful partnerships with local businesses along 30A.

These are future possibilities, not events or partnerships currently available. If you share an idea or a local connection, I would be glad to hear from you.

A thoughtful first step is a conversation.

New clients begin with a consultation. Tell me about your dog, what you hope for, and what helps them feel at ease. Your inquiry is a beginning—not an instant appointment confirmation.
